Of the Ongoing Methane Catastrophe

2014-12-04T184509Z_1421391036_GM1EAC507KC02_RTRMADP_3_CLIMATECHANGE-LIMA

SS: the NASA four corners methane ‘hot spot’ is from 2003-2009 which is before the corner bayou sinkhole opened up following the deepwater horizon catastrophe caused by the use of mahabharata weapons in the baja california in 2010. therefore the article could be misleading when it says it is the largest source of methane release in the usa because the corne bayou sinkhole is still releasing “17,0000 cubic feet of gas per day”. they are seeing changes at the sinkhole now with “natural gas gathering underneath a nearby aquifier.”

SS: basically the plan has been to pump as much of the methane gas through wells and burn it off into carbon dioxide. of course both are very bad green house gases but apparently methane is the worse of the two. maybe it has something to do with how the methane displace oxygen in the atmosphere ?? or maybe it is because methane’s short term effects are much stronger than carbon dioxide. imo climate change starts right here because this catastrophe did not have to happen. it was caused by people who listen to pedo-penguins who thought that somehow using weapons to cause earthquakes was somehow going to benefit them in some way. they were proven wrong . we have an ongoing methane catastrophe now because of their faulty ways of thinking. this is speculation of the effects on my part but enough of this methane gets into the atmosphere could lead to the earth being unable to support as much population on earth.

A hot spot is a hot topic December 13, 2014 DENVER – A NASA study released in October revealed that one small methane “hot spot” in the Four Corners is responsible for producing the largest concentration of the greenhouse gas in the nation. But whether the leakage around the San Juan Basin is the result of energy-industry activities or the result of a natural occurrence is a topic of debate. There is evidence to suggest the hot spot largely is naturally occurring. That evidence is backed up by studies from Taku Ide, founder and chief executive of Koveva, Ltd., which specializes in ways to capture fugitive methane. Ide made his findings after studying underground coal fires. While they pose a threat to the environment and the health of those living in its proximity, they largely are naturally occurring, though they can be human-caused. Fugitive methane is methane that freely is escaping to the atmosphere from both natural settings and as a result of human activities.

U.S. Methane ‘Hot Spot’ Bigger than Expected Oct. 9, 2014: One small “hot spot” in the U.S. Southwest is responsible for producing the largest concentration of the greenhouse gas methane seen over the United States – more than triple the standard ground-based estimate — according to a new study of satellite data by scientists at NASA and the University of Michigan.
Methane is very efficient at trapping heat in the atmosphere and, like carbon dioxide, it contributes to global warming. The hot spot, near the Four Corners intersection of Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Utah, covers only about 2,500 square miles (6,500 square kilometers), or half the size of Connecticut.

Bayou Corne sinkhole evacuation reduced from mandatory to voluntary for just 2 of 159 homes Dec 04, 2014 In other areas, Boudreaux said wells are still venting 17,0000 cubic feet of gas a day, and most residents aren’t hanging around to find out when the gas will be depleted.”The community is starting to become a ghost town,” Boudreaux said.

Officials change part of evacuation area near sinkhole from mandatory to voluntary Dec 04, 2014 Parish and Texas Brine officials agree the situation is far from over. 3D seismic surveys show the sinkhole itself it beginning to slow and stabilize, but the recovery is focused on another danger; natural gas gathering underneath a nearby aquifer.

Growing concern over methane from ocean floor December 10, 2014 In a paper to appear in the publication Geophysical Research Letters, University of Washington oceanographers Evan Solomon, Susan Hautala, Paul Johnson and others are trying to measure just how much methane is emitting off the ocean floor just off the coast of Washington state. Their estimate is that just one year of methane is comparable to the amount of natural gas emitted during the 2010 Deepwater Horizon well blowout in 2010, also known as the BP oil spill.

Methane in the Earth’s atmosphere is an important greenhouse gas with a global warming potential of 25 over a 100-year period. This means that a methane emission will have 25 times the impact on temperature of a carbon dioxide emission of the same mass over the following 100 years. Methane has a large effect for a brief period (a net lifetime of 8.4 years in the atmosphere), whereas carbon dioxide has a small effect for a long period (over 100 years).

Methane, a “greenhouse” gas, is 10 times more effective than carbon dioxide in causing climate warming. Methane bound in hydrates amounts to approximately 3,000 times the volume of methane in the atmosphere. There is insufficient information to judge what geological processes might most affect the stability of hydrates in sediments and the possible release of methane into the atmosphere. Methane released as a result of landslides caused by a sea-level fall would warm the Earth, as would methane released from gas hydrates in Arctic sediments as they become warmed during a sea-level rise. This global warming might counteract cooling trends and thereby stabilize climatic fluctuation, or it could exacerbate climatic warming and thereby destabilize the climate.

Methane clathrate (CH4•5.75H2O), also called methane hydrate, hydromethane, methane ice, fire ice, natural gas hydrate, or gas hydrate, is a solid clathrate compound (more specifically, a clathrate hydrate) in which a large amount of methane is trapped within a crystal structure of water, forming a solid similar to ice.[1][2] Originally thought to occur only in the outer regions of the Solar System, where temperatures are low and water ice is common, significant deposits of methane clathrate have been found under sediments on the ocean floors of the Earth.[3]

Carbon dioxide The environmental effects of carbon dioxide are of significant interest. Carbon dioxide is an important greenhouse gas, warming the Earth’s surface to a higher temperature by reducing outward radiation. Atmospheric carbon dioxide is the primary source of carbon in life on Earth and its concentration in Earth’s pre-industrial atmosphere since late in the Precambrian eon has been regulated by photosynthetic organisms. Burning of carbon-based fuels since the industrial revolution has rapidly increased concentrations of atmospheric carbon dioxide, increasing the rate of global warming and causing anthropogenic climate change. It is also a major source of ocean acidification since it dissolves in water to form carbonic acid,[5] which is a weak acid as its ionization in water is incomplete.

SS: apparently the germans have different #Ebola protocols than the usa. and personally i am not convinced that those P95 or P100 clothe masks they are wearing is enough. regardless of whether i would wear a cloth mask or a full respirator mask is beside the point i am attempting to make here. according to german protocol they are getting hosed down by bleach before removing their contaminated #Ebola suits. everyone who has their #Ebola suits take note that you will require to bleach yourself down at the entrance of your home before removing your #ebola suits.

SS: i do not listen to anything obama says regarding catastrophes. obama’s catastrophe crisis track record is not very good. 1. we think he stop the oil leak in the gulf but we can’t really prove it. 2. obama stopped monitoring for fukushima radiation only one month after the accident and has done absolutely nothing except cover up fukushima radiation and the western coast. 3. the Louisiana methane sinkhole has been releasing massive amounts of methane into the atmosphere for two years and and obama pretends it doesnt exist.

SS: my new book “Of the Obama Mahabharata Catastrophes” talks about these different mega-catastrophes. and… for the price of a burger and fries from mcdonalds i give some good advices how to cure yourselves. research science study showed us that if a person is able to remove radioactive particles from the body faster than accumulate them will drastically improve life span. and that if stop ingesting radiation that all the damage done can be nearly and even completely healed.

Of the California “Offshore” Fukushima Plume

      fukishima_radiation_prediction01

      fukishima_radiation_prediction02

SS: we now have two separate sources now making nearly the same predictions that the fukushima plume has reached california coast but that it has so far stayed just offshore. one source says that the shelves along the california coast would hold back the radiation plume for awhile but that eventually it would reach the beaches. Woods Hole Oceangraphic Institute has basically confirmed this prediction when he said:

“I’m not concerned… There is definitely offshore Fukushima cesium now… It’s not on the beaches, but it’s offshore.” (Ken Buesseler, Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution)

SS: the fukushima radiation has not reached the beaches… yet. from the look at the latest predictions they believe the radiation will hit the beaches in 2016. if this prediction is true then our other source prediction for the radiation plume to pass over the shelves in 2014-2017. This might indicate that between 2014 – 2017 is not the best time to head out to the beach on the west coast.

SS: i would like to point out as i did in my new book Of the Obama Mahabharata Catastrophes, that Obama admin is not monitoring the Pacific Ocean or California coast for fukushima radiation. and as i pointed out in my book that there seems to be a coverup of fukushima radiation affecting the west coast. of course there is otherwise the usa would be monitoring for fukushima radiation. people on the west coast have a right to have knowledge to make an informed decision … which west coasters do not have this freedom .pretending catastrophes did not happen makes the catastrophes worse and harder to deal with later.

Fukushima Plume Prediction from Woods Hole Oceanographic Inst. PLUS 1 week ago ALL AUDIENCES Radioactive contaminants from Fukushima are carried across the Pacific Ocean by currents, the strongest of which is the Kuroshio, and spread along the West Coast of North America by complex coastal processes. Models predict that radionuclides from Fukushima will begin to arrive on the West Coast in early 2014, mainly in the north (Alaska and British Columbia) and then move further south in coming years before appearing in Hawaii in small amounts. The concentration of contaminants is expected to be well below limits set by the U.S. EPA for cesium-137 in drinking water (7,400 Bq/m3) or even the highest level recorded in the Baltic Sea after Chernobyl (1,000 Bq/m3)

Fukushima radiation nearing West Coast October 17, 2014 Radiation from Japan’s Fukushima nuclear disaster is approaching the West Coast, the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution is reporting. A sample taken Aug. 2 about 1,200 kilometers west of Vancouver, B.C. tested positive for Cesium 134, the Fukushima “fingerprint” of Fukushima. It also showed higher-than-background levels of Cesium 137, another Fukushima isotope that already is present in the world’s oceans from nuclear testing in the 1950s and 1960s.

Lagrangian studies of the ocean circulation Instituto de Física Interdisciplinar y Sistemas Complejos (IFISC) Published on May 26, 2014 Description: Although the Eulerian and Lagrangian descriptions of fluid motion are theoretically equivalent, this talk suggests that the latter has many advantages when investigating the ocean circulation. In the first example, I will present a novel Lagrangian methodology which identifies optimally coherent structures (Agulhas Rings) within a time varying simulated velocity field in the South Atlantic Ocean. This technique allows extracting the 3D shape of a ring, tracking its evolution over space and time while accurately measuring the amount of water remaining in the structure. We demonstrate that our method detects structures that are more coherent over time than the 3D eddies obtained from classical Eulerian techniques. In another example, I use Lagrangian trajectories to estimate the future long-term pathways of the radioactive water accidentally released in the North Pacific Ocean following the March 2011 Fukushima disaster. With a half-life of 30.1 years, Cesium-137 has the potential to travel large distances within the ocean. Based on an ensemble of eddy-resolving simulations, our results suggest that the contaminated plume would have been rapidly diluted by July 2011. The differential intrusion of the plume over the northwestern American shelves in 2014-2017 can be explained by both local and basin-scale processes. Fukushima-derived Cs-137 will penetrate the interior ocean and spread to other oceanic basins over the next three decades. Discussing the sensitivity of our results to uncertainties in the source function, the advantages of the Lagrangian approach are evidenced.

SS: what is going on with #Ebola ?? the obama administration refuses, not just refuses but actually fights, to not halt flights from infected countries. this alone should be enough to clue us in that the obama admin and CDC tom friedman are doing the very minimal to contain this #ebola from spreading in the USA. Obama admin keeps repeating over and over that #Ebola is not like the flu that we cannot catch it from being airborne. obama admin claims it is instead like aids that can only be spread via bodily fluid contact, objects infected with ebola, or infected animals.

SS: therefoere based upon what the obama admin is spreading throughout the land about #ebola the CDC has implemented the very minimal of protocols. nurses have been told they can just wear a gown, mask, and face shield… yet two nurses following these protocols are now sick with a %50 chance of survival and all tom friedman can tell us is about how something wasn’t done right, mistakes were made, and so sad to bad about the nurses being sick. that is the attitude. the two nurses are sick due to the obama admin and the CDC incompetence.. period.

SS: i believe in doing things different. instead of doing the very minimum i think we should do more the maximum to protect americans, their families, and children. of course this makes to much sense for obama and his hosts of ebola zombies who follow him..  if we recall the obama admin used this same strategy as clouds of iodine-131 radiation flew across the USA. the obama admin told everyone to not use iodine that it would hurt americans. they lied. i personally have been taking iodine since the day of the fukushima catastrophe with no harmful side effects. listening to the obama admin is simply hazardous to our health.

SS: it would be better for americans to take full precautions against #Ebola rather than obamas do the very minimal. in fact obamas policy of doing the very minimal could be considered negligence. the virus has spread to the usa because obama refused to halt flights from infected countries. it is a fact that the duncan fellow hopped onto an airplane and flew into Dallas and his arrival could have been prevented had obama halted flights. it is a fact that two nurses have gotten sick caring for duncan fellow using the CDC protocols.

SS: Obama admins and tom friedmans attempts to finger point in the face of a catastrophe instead of halting flights and doing the maximum protocols proves they are at the least incompetent. Mistakes have already been made and they are going to continue to make mistakes because they are not trying to stop this virus. instead they are *ALLOWING* the virus to take hold and spread.

SS: for regular readers of my blog i will tell you how to side step this #ebola problem. first the ebola virus infection has a much harder time attacking cells in a high alkaline ph body. this means that the very first thing a person should do are the things i have described in my new book “Of the Obama Mahabharata Catastrophes” to fight a fungus such as cancer caused by radiation poisoning. second, we need the ability to attack the virus, fungus, or bacteria. once again using the same suggestions in my book we do have the possibilities to attack and kill virus. the us government under obama has once again (like he told everyone not to use iodine during the fukushima clouds) told everyone not to use “colloidal silver”, yet it is well known to attack and kill virus, fungus, and bacteria. collodial silver has been shown in tests to inhibit virus that use glycoprotien binding the inability to bind to host cells. and of course organic vitamins, especially vitamin c. if have a strong immune system then you can be immune to #ebola.

SS: i think should be prepared by obtaining ebola suits which include a respirators. this is not a halloween joke, instead this is real. take the #ebola threat serious. store food and water. add .999 silver coins to water to keep it fresh. cook all food and filter all water with carbon filters. i am keeping several bags of pool shock to use as a cleaning solutions like bleach.

CDC: You Can Give—But Can’t Get—Ebola on a Bus October 15, 2014 “I think there are two different parts of that equation,” he continued. “The first is, if you’re a member of the traveling public and are healthy, should you be worried that you might have gotten it by sitting next to someone? And the answer is no.” “Second, if you are sick and you may have Ebola, should you get on a bus? And the answer to that is also no. You might become ill, you might have a problem that exposes someone around you,” he said.

‘Who’s the idiot with the clipboard?’ Disbelief and panic as mystery man WITHOUT a hazmat suit helps second Ebola nurse board her plane to Atlanta, disposes waste and then climbs aboard 15 October 2014 | As news helicopters swarmed over Dallas’ Love Field on Wednesday evening to watch the second U.S. nurse to contract Ebola board a private plane bound for Atlanta, one lone mysterious man stood out from the pack. Holding a clipboard and directing the transfer, the unidentified man seemed to be the only person on the tarmac without protective clothing, wearing just a button down shirt and slacks. While Ebola is not an airborne disease, his presence so close to patient Amber Vinson’s medical team sparked fears after he was seen grabbing a container and hazmat trash bag from one of the workers’ in full-protective gear and later boarding the flight. He then flew with Vinson and the other hazmat-suited medical staff to Atlanta and local television crews spotted him with the stricken nurse as she disembarked at the airport in Georgia to be transferred to Emory University Hospital. ABC News reports that the man is a supervisor for Phoenix Air, the company that flew Miss Vinson from Dallas to Atlanta. When the plane landed in Atlanta, the man had still not donned any protective clothing and was seen openly interacting with Vinson and the other medical professionals caring for the nurse.

Detection of cell-cell fusion mediated by Ebola virus glycoproteins.2006 Mar;80(6):2815-22.Ebola viruses (EboV) are enveloped RNA viruses infecting cells by a pH-dependent process mediated by viral glycoproteins (GP) involving endocytosis of virions and their routing into acidic endosomes. As with well-characterized pH-dependent viral entry proteins, in particular influenza virus hemagglutinin, it is thought that EboV GP require activation by low pH in order to mediate fusion of the viral envelope with the membrane of endosomes.

Fusion of viral and cellular membranes is pH dependent. “The plasma membrane of eukaryotic cells serves as a barrier against invading parasites and viruses. To infect a cell, viruses must be capable of transporting their genome and accessory proteins into the host cell, bypassing or modifying the barrier properties imposed by the plasma membrane. Entry into the host cells always involves a step of membrane fusion for enveloped animal viruses. Other enveloped viruses such as orthomyxoviruses, alphaviruses or rhabdoviruses enter the cells by the endocytic pathway, and fusion depends on the acidification of the endosomal compartment. Fusion at the endosome level is triggered by conformational changes in viral glycoproteins induced by the low pH of this cellular compartment.”[1]

In membrane biology, fusion is the process by which two initially distinct lipid bilayers merge their hydrophobic cores, resulting in one interconnected structure. The conformational transition occurs in a narrow pH range, corresponding to the optimal pH of fusion, in which the protein acquires the ability to interact with detergent micelles and lipid vesicles. This interaction leads to the insertion of the fusion peptide into the membrane, where a pore is formed. It has been suggested that the hepatitis C virus (HCV) infects host cells through a pH-dependent internalization mechanism. This HCVpp-mediated fusion was dependent on low pH, with a threshold of 6.3 and an optimum at about 5.5.[2]

When pH drops to 6 or below, rapid fusion between the membranes of viruses and the liposomes occurs. This results in the transfer of viral nucleocapsids into the liposomes. Ebola virions are taken into endothelial cells via macropinocytosis. After their formation, macropinosomes move further into the cytoplasm to acquire new markers or fuse with other vesicles of the standard endolysosomal pathway. This eventually moves the Ebola virions to more acidic compartments such as early and late endosomes that assist in the pH dependent fusion of viral and cellular membranes.[3] During this process, the cell detaches from its neighbors and loses contact with its basement membrane thanks to a mechanism of glycan mediated steric occlusion by GP.[4] The newly created particles then leave via lipid rafts, leaving a destabilized vascular system responsible for the massive blood loss characteristic of Ebola patients.[5]

Interaction of silver nanoparticles with HIV-1 29 June 2005 The regular spatial arrangement of the attached nanoparticles, the center-to-center distance between nanoparticles, and the fact that the exposed sulfur-bearing residues of the glycoprotein knobs would be attractive sites for nanoparticle interaction suggest that silver nanoparticles interact with the HIV-1 virus via preferential binding to the gp120 glycoprotein knobs. Due to this interaction, silver nanoparticles inhibit the virus from binding to host cells, as demonstrated in vitro.

Silver found to increase effectiveness of antibiotics June 20, 2013 What they found was that even small amounts of silver ran roughshod over some of the toughest bacteria around. “It did two things,” Collins said. The positively charged silver ions degraded the bacteria’s protective layer, giving the antibiotics easier access to the pathogens’ innards. It also messed with the bugs’ metabolism and their ability to manage their iron levels.

Louisiana’s attorney general is trying to stop Dallas Ebola victim Thomas Eric Duncan’s incinerated belongings from going into a Louisiana landfill. Six truckloads of material were collected from Duncan’s apartment and incinerated at a facility in Port Arthur, Texas on Friday. The material, which included linen, bedding and carpet, was supposed to be shipped to a landfill in Carlyss, Louisiana for disposal. However, Attorney General James D. “Buddy” Caldwell said he will ask for a temporary restraining order to prevent that from happening. Caldwell said in a statement provided to Mashable, “We certainly share sadness and compassion for those who have lost their lives and loved ones to this terrible virus, but the health and safety of our Louisiana citizens is our top priority.” (Wochit Screen Capture)

The second nurse to contract Ebola in the United States was receiving care at an Atlanta hospital on Thursday, a day after the news emerged that officials did not stop her flying on a commercial flight even after she reported a slight temperature. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said, the nurse, 29-year-old Amber Vinson, flew from Cleveland to Dallas on Monday, a day before she was diagnosed with Ebola. SS: unfortunately another radiation catastrophe has happened in new mexico in feburary 2014 .. this one happen within the usa. i have been monitoring it and have decided now is the time to expose this catastrophe since it is not so well known. i believe these catastrophes need to be dealt with and handled and i believe the obama admin is doing NOTHING about them at all.

SS: it is a big time coincidence that this catastrophe happened just three years after fukushima catastrophe which is still affecting all of us in a huge way. i don’t really believe in coincidences.   however, i do have enough data to show that the obama administration has purposely ignored this catastrophe just like he has been ignoring fukushima nuclear meltdown catastrophe and the Louisiana corne bayou methane sinkhole catastrophe.

SS: those people who are purposely ignoring these catastrophes will continue to ignore them until everyone, all the american people and people of the world, do something about it. as long as they know they can get away with it they are going to continue to ignore them. the reason i think is because they want americans to get cancer in the next few years. these catastrophes affect everyone. if you are a rich person you are still affected. if you are a politician you are still affected. EVERYONE is affected by these catastrophes.

SS: we just had a new video talking about radiation in the food supply. the location of this wipp puts a large portion of the usa food supplies into more risk from radiation. i say more because we already have the fukshima radiation which we know for sure because someone detected radioactive snow in missouri. i have noted that the obama administration has not been doing anything to alert people how to protect themselves. instead they have told people not to do some the things that could and would have protected them. the obama administration is not monitoring the radiation at all. the american people so far are on their own to protect themselves from the affects of these catastrophes

Radiation leak detected at WIPP  02/15/2014 CARLSBAD — Technicians at the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant were taking surface samples Saturday afternoon after a radiation leak was reported at the nuclear waste repository. The airborne radiation was detected around 11:30 p.m. on Friday, according to officials with the Department of Energy. All 139 workers at the site, located 26 miles east of Carlsbad, have been accounted for and are being sequestered on site. No injuries have been reported and no personnel were underground when the facility’s continuous air monitors, or CAMs, detected radiation downstream of where nuclear waste is disposed.

Speculation surrounds Socorro County ‘event’ Mar 20, 2014 SOCORRO COUNTY, N.M. —There is speculation surrounding a radar blip that occurred east of Socorro Wednesday. Most agree it was a single event, and that the event occurred near a point along Highway 380 in southeast Socorro County. The blip occurred southeast of the city of Socorro and just northwest of the town of Carrizozo. It was within the White Sands Missile Range.

Gov’t Report: ‘Green burst’ seen at WIPP utility yard just minutes before radiation event began — ‘Popping noise’ heard by facility manager investigating incident April 24th, 2014 At 2250, security reported to the CMR [Central Monitoring Room] that they had observed “green burst” and heard arcing noises at the utility substation. The acting Facility Shift Manager (FSM) responded to the east fence line and heard a “popping noise” from the alternate B feed lines but did not observe any glow. He instructed the Central Monitoring Room Operator (CMRO) to contact Xcel Energy and inform them of the situation. At 2310, the CMRO called Xcel Energy which reported all normal indications on the WIPP utility yard. All Central Monitoring System (CMS) indications were normal at this time and there was no indication of seismic or other unusual activity.

SS: the latest flyover of the Louisiana bayou corne methane sinkhole shows the water is over-flowing through the barricades and into the sinkhole now. and they are saying something about the sinkhole has now collapsed into the aquifier and this means the pollution is flowing into the what was clean underground water.

SS: the report also indicates that there are still methane bubble areas around the site. he says ‘we think they have slowed down” .. some residents are saying they still seeing methane bubbles. the methane is probably the worst part of this catastrophe since it is ten times more powerful a greenhouse gas than carbon dioxide and also displaces oxygen in the atmosphere and eventually turns into carbon dioxide and water in about 10 to 20 years.

SS: this is probably why they have opted to use wells to burn off as much of the methane into carbon dioxide and water. either way we get co2 into atmosphere.. maybe co2 is more manageable than the methane and some scientist suggest to worry more about co2 than methane. when the new OCO2 satellite is in orbit maybe we will have better science to understand what is going on at this sinkhole in regards to how much co2 is being released.

SS: carbon dioxide has reached a new high level of 400ppm for THREE MONTHS straight . the scientists are saying that we have nearly reached the upper limit (405ppm to 450ppm) and that very much more co2 in the atmosphere could cause warming problems and are urging to stabilize the co2 at 350ppm. i think we know that those scientists do not know about the corne bayou sinkhole catastrophe that is pumping both co2 and ch4 non-stop into the atmosphere. it is likely this catastrophe is what has caused the new highs and has really got us caught in the crunch now. can click the above links for more detail history of this catastrophe.

7/01/2014 — Bayou Corne sinkhole collapses into AQUIFER The professionals working on the sinkhole have disclosed that the sinkhole has collapsed into the Aquifer. Confirmed a steady flow INTO the collapsed area. Needless to say, this may effect local water wells, and regional water supply.

Launch Aborted for Carbon Dioxide-Measuring Satellite Jul 1, 2014 A rocket that was set to loft an Earth-gazing satellite to space did not get off its launch pad in California today (July 1) due to a problem with the pad’s water system. The problem arose less than a minute before the liftoff was expected. Because the launch window was only 30 seconds, mission controllers did not have time to analyze the issue and get the United Launch Alliance Delta 2 rocket carrying the Orbiting Carbon Observatory-2 (OCO-2) spacecraft back on track for launch this morning. “It’s a bit of a disappointment for the launch team when you have a great countdown up to that point,” Tim Dunn, NASA launch controller said during the NASA TV broadcast. “However, these are things that we prepare for. We’re a professional team. We know how to handle this.”

The Amount Of Carbon Dioxide In Our Air Just Reached A New Record, And Scientists Are Worried July 1, 2014 On Monday, scientists at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Mauna Loa observatory in Hawaii told Climate Central that June would be be the third month in a row where, for the entire month, average levels of carbon dioxide were above 400 parts per million (ppm). In other words, that’s the longest time in recorded history that this much carbon dioxide has been in the atmosphere.

The finding is troubling to climate scientists, several of whom told ThinkProgress on Monday that the levels are a reminder that humans are still pumping too much carbon dioxide into the sky. If the trend continues, some said, carbon levels will soon surpass 450 ppm — a level that many scientists agree would create a level of global warming that would be too difficult for some humans to adapt to.

“CO2 levels continue to increase, the amount of heat in the climate system continues to increase, ice continues to melt, and the seas continue to rise,” said Ken Caldeira, an atmospheric scientist at the Carnegie Institution for Science’s Department of Global Ecology. “We will continue to break through threshold after threshold — unless we stop using the sky as a waste dump soon.”

No magic bullet — study challenges perception that CO2 reduction can be delayed by other actions July 1, 2014 This means that reducing methane is no magic bullet against climate change. There is only one way to save ourselves from the costs and pain of climate change: reduce carbon dioxide. Starting now. It will be a hard pill to swallow. But in the words of Pierrehumbert: If you’re serious about protecting climate, it’s the CO2 you’ve got to deal with first.

Climate news: Arctic seafloor methane release is double previous estimates, and why that matters 6/30/2014 One of the greenhouse gases (GHGs) that Obama’s EPA Clean Power Plan doesn’t count is methane from leaks, for example, fracking leaks, fuel line leaks, transportation leaks, and so on. Yet methane (CH4) is one of the most powerful greenhouse gases known, though very short-lived (most atmospheric methane disappears in about 12 years, becoming CO2 and water vapor).

SS: new research has emerged proving that the fukushima radiation catastrophe is being lied about and covered up. in the above images can see a japanese government radiation counter and just below it is a gieger counter next to it reading twenty times higher radiation reading. the japanese government is downplaying the catastrophe and so is the usa government by not monitoring at all. ignoring the catastrophe and covering it up is making the catastrophe much worse.

SS: thinking about what they said in the video about the butterfly mortality rate increased second generation and worsened in third generation. that means that ignoring fukushima means that pretty much all other missions will be harder to accomplish like for instance mission to mars. i think in this fukushima coverup that people should think for themselves and consider that the governments are not telling the truth about fukushima .

SS: it is obvious that noone has intentions to address this catastrophe because there is a tower there about to collapse ronto one or two of the reactor buildings that are already damaged and no one is doing anything about it.. that means we are all on our own and if no one talks about it then everyone will keep ignoring it while it keeps getting worse. somebody should send a robot or something to fukushima and fix the tower before it crashes into the reactors. the way things are going none is going to want to be reborn into this solar systems world anyways for at least 26000 years.

Fukushima in Fish May 29th, 2014 Wind Euler is with the group MamaBears Against Nukes in Arizona. In April, she spoke to a community group in Santa Cruz County about exposure to low levels of radiation. Eating contaminated fish, Euler says, carries more risk than swimming in lightly contaminated water. “Maybe eating one fish, might not hurt,” she says. “But if you keep on eating fish and keep on eating fish, you get a chronic internal exposure. And that’s where the danger lies.”

Mako Oshidori in Düsseldorf “The Hidden Truth about Fukushima” Wednesday, May 28, 2014 This is a chimney called a “stack” behind Units 1 and 2. There are various issues all over Fukushima Daiichi NPP, but this is one of the places that I consider the most dangerous. It is 120 m tall. In December 2013, it was discovered the highest radiation level, 25 Sv/h, at the bottom of the stack. It’s not micro- or milli-sievert, but it’s 25 Sievert. and humans cannot go near it. The problem gets worse. TEPCO discovered deformities on 4 sides at 60 of the 120 meter height. That is shown in this photo.

SS: we have an update for the corne bayou louisana sinkhole methane volcano .. as can see they are saying that there is more gas down there than they originally thought. they have a bunch of well that is pumping and pumping and non-stop pumping methane our of the ground and burning it into carbon dioxide and they still are saying that it is too dangerous to move back there due to the levels of gas they are still seeing.

SS: well the reason for this is because they will never finish pumping the gas out because the methane is being fed by the meltdown of slush crystalline methane in the deep earth. apparently the chain reaction of crystalline methane into gas methane set off by the harmonic earthquake weapon has not subsided yet. this is obviously not good news for the earth since both methane and carbon dioxide are both green house gases.

SS: as we know from past research blogs that some methane has been escaping into the atmosphere and this likely still remains true .. and we also know that they built wells to burn the methane into carbon dioxide .. and we can see in this new video how the carbon dioxide levels have reached a new high record in 2014 . they obviously are more worried about the methane than the carbon dioxide even though carbon dioxide will stay in atmosphere longer. maybe it is because methane is not only ten times more powerful a green house gas than carbon dioxide but it also displaces oxygen. at least with carbon dioxide plants can turn into oxygen. they are downplaying the methane number like it is going to make a difference other than maybe political problems for the obama admin who inspired by a pedophile penguin church help to cause this catastrophe by thinking that using harmonic earthquake weapons was really going to do something different than backfire.

SS: i often repeat the events that cause not only this methane sinkhole but indirectly the fukushima catastrophe as well.. i have years of research into the mahabharata harmonic and scalar weapons and had already shown and proven their backfire effects and had been warning to stop using these weapons due to the damage they cause the earth. they are obsolete as they do not get the desired effects that the users intend and instead get undesirable backfire results from them. i have explained through polestar physics sciences how this happens which i will not go into detail in this blog.

SS: the pedophile penguin church must have thought he was on to something and decided yto tell everyone that they had his permission to use them and to use them on his behalf .. like penguin church is some authority.. well obviously the catastrophes prove the penguin church is no authority at all since they backfired just as i said they would. vayasdeva is the authority in regards to the mahabharata war and the weapons used. april 20th 2010 the harmonic weapon was used in gulf of cali and accidently struck a region rich in crystalline methane (refer to map above).. this caused the immediate backfire which reflected with the methane blowout of the mine in virginia followed by a massive methane bubble backfire in the gulf of mexico that cause the massive oil volcano.

SS: what they did when they struck the gulf of cali was cause a meltdown chain reaction of crystaline methane that continues to meltdown today and turn into methane gas which is reaching the surface in louisana at the corne bayou sinkhole.. for two years methane has been bubbling up into the atmosphere in geysers and some has been being burned into carbon dioxide. we continue to wait out the catastrophe hoping that it will finally subside.  and i am still saying the same things i always said not to use the mahabharata weapons because they will continue to get the same backfire effects.

Bayou Corne Residents Still Evacuated Nearly Two Years After Salt Mine Collapse Caused Sinkhole Thu, 2014-05-08 14:38 Patrick Courreges, a spokesman for the Department of Natural Resources, agrees there are signs of stabilization, but since this is an event without precedent, it is impossible to know when the sinkhole will stop growing or when the gas will make its way out of the aquifer “As long as the gas is in the aquifer at levels we are seeing, we still see a threat,” Courreges told DeSmogBlog. The sinkhole has grown from three acres to more than 29 acres. Recently, Gary Hecox, a senior hydrogeologist with engineering firm CB&I and a leading scientist on the state’s sinkhole response, told residents at a meeting, there is more gas in the aquifer than originally thought.

High carbon dioxide levels set a record Thursday, May 1, 2014 There’s striking new evidence that Earth’s atmosphere is increasingly saturated with carbon dioxide, the major gas from fossil fuel emissions that trigger climate change. Measurements of the climate-changing gas by instruments high on a mountain in Hawaii and around the world show that global emissions from burning fossil fuels rose last month to levels higher than at any time in human history – and higher than it has been in hundreds of thousands of years. “This should be taken as a warning,” said Ken Caldeira, an atmospheric scientist with the Carnegie Institution’s department of global ecology at Stanford University. “It is time to stop building things with tailpipes and smokestacks. “It is time to stop using the sky as a waste dump for our carbon dioxide pollution. If we fail to heed this warning, our children will end up living in a world that is much hotter than any human being has ever experienced.”

The Mystery of the Missing Methane (Op-Ed)  March 13, 2014  A new landmark study in the journal Science found that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) inventory of greenhouse gases is undercounting total U.S. methane emissions by roughly 50 percent. Based on atmospheric sampling, the study estimates that this missing methane amounts to 14 terra grams (Tg) of methane; that’s equal to 6.4 billion pounds, or as much as the weight of 1.4 million new Ford F150 pickup trucks.

In the years immediately after it’s released, methane is a potent greenhouse gas. It causes 86 times as much global warming over a 20-year period as carbon dioxide, the single largest contributor to climate change. According to our analysis at Energy Innovation, the methane missing from the EPA’s inventory — in terms of the contribution to global warming over a 20-year time period — would be equivalent to the greenhouse gas emissions of 252 coal power plants.

Methane in the Earth’s atmosphere is an important greenhouse gas with a global warming potential of 25 over a 100-year period. This means that a methane emission will have 25 times the impact on temperature of a carbon dioxide emission of the same mass over the following 100 years. Of the Self-Sustaining Nuclear Fusion

SS: i have been talking about the penguin church catastrophes (louisana methane sinkhole and fukushima nuclear meltdown) for awhile now because in my opinion they are the real issues that matter. if these catastrophes are not dealt with then it doesnt matter what long term plans anyone has because the world will be unlivable in the next hundred years.  as we heard from arnie gundersen that japan and the world is not really doing much to solve their nuclear meltdown catastrophe and the usa is not doing very much to solve the louisana sinkhole catastrophe.

SS: i think that at this stage there is noone who can claim that nuclear power is safe or even feasible anymore. for one thing they are giant targets in case of any war. that is why when britian or the usa tell everyone they are going to build more nuclear reactors and then turn around and incite rebellions on russian borders is a losing strategy because they cannot win a war with russia who has already told them over in syria that if a war breaks out that a nuclear power plant in the region could be a big problem.

SS: i believe that threatening sanctions is another losing strategy considering how weak and on the verge of collapse the usa and world economy is with the usa dollar reserve currency. china has all the gold while the usa has very little or none and britian has tungsten filled gold in their vaults. escalating the economic wars is a losing strategy too.

SS: there is one winning strategy, respecting and making peace with russia and cleaning up the penguin church catastrophes as putin has offered. investing massively into science and engineering. this fusion plant is the breakthrough that has been desperately needed to replace nuclear power. it is doable but countries need to come together and invest and develop this new technology. in the process of developing this technology other breakthroughs are likely. and this path will lead us to more exploration of our solar system and the andromedan martian artifacts that i have been talking about for years as a secret order priority. that path will be a whole lot better and more fun as a world than the path of suicide poison we are on now.

SS: if we invest in research then maybe we can find a way to neutralize radiation particles and clean the land and oceans. if were tuned with “soul of earth” then would try. unfortunately i do not believe that obama is the leader that the usa needs atm. inciting rebellions to turn everyone attention away from the catastrophes is not leadership. it is time for obama to be replaced with a real leader. obama wants to protect a pedophile penguin from the catastrophes he caused by telling everyone to use the harmonic mahabharata weapons instead of protecting the american people and benefiting the world.

The lasers fuelling hopes of unlimited, clean nuclear energy Thursday 13 February 2014 A milestone has been reached in the 60-year struggle to harness the nuclear reactions that power the Sun in an experiment that could lead to a way of producing an unlimited source of clean and sustainable energy in the form of nuclear fusion. Scientists in California said on Wednesday night that they have for the first time managed to release more energy from their nuclear fusion experiment than they put into it, which marks a critical threshold in eventually achieving the goal of a self-sustaining nuclear-fusion reaction.

Scientists have shown how a fusion reaction can extract more fuel from nuclear material than was put into it, a key step towards hope of harnessing the power of the stars to provide cheap, bountiful energy. But, says Gautam Naik, big challenges lie ahead. Photo: Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (Wall Street Journal)

This undated image provided by the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory shows a deuterium and tritium capsule, sphere in window at center, inside a cylindrical hohlraum container about 0.4 inches tall. In research reported Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014 by the journal Nature, scientists say they’ve taken a key step toward harnessing nuclear fusion as a new way to generate power, an idea that has been pursued for decades. In tests, 192 laser beams briefly fired into the small gold cylinder which held the two kinds of hydrogen. The energy from the lasers kicked off a process that compressed the ball by an amount akin to squeezing a basketball down to the size of a pea, said Debbie Callahan, an author of the paper. That created the extremely high pressure and temperatures needed to get the hydrogen atoms to fuse. (AP Photo/Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Eddie Dewald)

Some scientists say nuclear fusion may be the answer to meeting the world’s increasing demand for energy. Providing a near-inexhaustible source, it could in theory generate four million times more power than coal, oil or natural gas. (AFP VIDEOGRAPHIC)

SS: we can see the red flag of the pedophile ring in the above image taken from a 02-24-14 video of the bayou corne sinkhole in louisnana which we can see the methane is still raging being very strongly released into the atmosphere .. those are gas jets of methane bubbling up in the bayou there and entering into our atmosphere (see link for more details).

SS: even with the obama admin coverup of the sinkhole we are still getting some information out about it .. we have mostly been focusing on the fukushima radiation catastrophe which is very bad .. the obama admin would tell us that we should not discriminate against people because of who they are .. and i disagree with the obama admin.. i think we should discriminate against pedophiles.. and i believe the pedophile penguin who cause these two disasters should pay for his crime against all of us.

SS: man will be lucky to survive on this planet another hundred years. especially when we have a president who is covering up the catastrophes instead of doing something about them. this year is an election year and then we have two more years of the obama madness. hopefully we can get some kind of leadership in office before obama and his pedophile pet can cause more damage. these are not very smart people.  they caused two catastrophes that could very well end all life on earth for thousands of years.

SS: do not bother me about discrimination because i really do not care.. it was discrimination against the secret order that caused these two catastrophes. it was discrimination against my priestess enchantress is why the sun is now white. it really doesnt matter to me how, or by who, or for what reasons my enchantress was killed.. i am now here and we are dealing with that issue while we also deal with there is a pedophile ring in this world and it is illegal. the entire world is responsible… for both. it might be too late to save this world but it’s not to late for individual’s to save themselves and that is why the truth of these disasters and the illusion is important so that people have the knowledge they need to make informed decisions.

SS: let us expose the coverup.. obama wants to coverup the catastrophes for the election .. it is every mans responsibility to expose these catastrophes for what they are .. obama’s failures as president. and the penguin who told everyone it was ok to use them and to use them on his behalf needs to pay for his crime. we were attacked by mahabharata weapon in japan and we all are being affected by it. and for those who believe they are going to survive in their holes in the ground then i tell u that mars and the white sun proves your theory wrong . it is not going to be all of us who dies tonight. you must tune “soul of earth” or you will not make stargate passage tonight. at the end of the day all of illusion is destroyed and only consciousness will live again .

SS: UPDATE 03-15-14: as we can see now that the methane in our atmosphere is being undercounted. i believe the real reason for the coverup of methane in the atmosphere data is because of the methane sinkhole volcano that is releasing massive amounts of methane into our atmosphere. if the obama admin is covering up the methane and downplaying it seriousness then they are most likely covering up and downplaying the radiation danger as well. the democrats have their strategy that they are going to run on climate change while the truth is they have done nothing about the two obamas pedophile inspired catastrophes.
